NAMI Connections Support Group is a welcoming, judgment-free space where individuals living with mental illness can connect, share, and find encouragement. Led by trained NAMI facilitators who have personal experience caring for an individual with a mental illness, this group offers understanding, support, and hope from people who truly get it.
